Afternoon Breathwork

During this 1-hour journey, you will bring awareness back to the present, grounding you as you set intentions and harness the power of your breath through Conscious, Connected Breathing.

What happens to your body during breathwork?
Improved attention, emotional state, and levels of cortisol (a hormone released in response to stress and associated with depression and anxiety) via diaphragmatic, or deep, breathing. Breathwork can help with physiological stress and anxiety, especially in older adults, through deep and slow breathing.

$25 for members or $40 for non-members. The price includes the breathwork session and a day pass for climbing.
